Boay (โบ้ย) การโยน แบบโยนความผิด โยนความรับผิดชอบ ปัดเรื่อง พูดมั่ว อ้างมั่ว ไม่ยอมรับความจริง อ้างดินฟ้าอากาศ อ้างไปเรื่อย อาจเกิดจากการเรียนรู้ว่าหากใครพูดความจริวกับเจ้านายจะโชคร้ายเสมอ เพราะเจ้านายท่านกรี๊ดๆ ปรี๊ดๆ จี๋ดๆ ของขึ้นทุกครั้ง ด่าแหลก แค้นอีกต่างหาก ดังนั้น ใบ้ๆโบ้ยๆไปก่อนปลอดภัยกว่า นี่แหละเจ้านายที่ใจแคบ ฟังความจริงไม่เป็น แถมยังปากเสีย ก็มักจะเจอแต่เรื่องโกหก

5. Block (บล๊อก) การห้าม ดับความหวัง ดับดาวรุ่ง ส่วนใหญ่มากจากเจ้านาย หัวหน้า ที่กลัวที่จะทดลอง ไม่กล้า คำพูดที่แสดงออกถึงสิ่งเหล่านี้คือ "ที่ไหนเคยทำสำเร็จมาแล้วบ้าง" "ถ้าผิด คุณรับผิดชอบนะ" "ทำไม่ได้หรอก" ทั้งๆที่ไม่เคยทำ สิ่งนี้ทำให้องค์กรขาดนวัตกรรม คิดเองไม่เป็น แต่ตำหนิเก่ง ไม่น่าเชื่อ เรามัคนแบบนี้เยอะจริงๆ

6. Blame (เบลม) การตำหนิ ซึ่งตำหนิกันบ่อยๆ ความมั่นใจก็หายไป การกุมอำนาจก็เกิดขึ้น ไม่มีการแบ่งอำนาจ ไม่มีใครกล้าเสี่ยง ขั้นตอนการทำงานมากขึ้น งานไม่สนุก ไม่มีใครอยากทำ ลูกค้าเดือดร้อนในที่สุด
